See the 2011 Arkansas, SecCg, both Bama games and get back with me.

Actually the laughable thing is that we actually completed some of those same routes last night even though we only completed 4 passes.
Exactly. I was trying to let him realize that himself.

If you say so... personally I would say that a limited and efficient passing attack in favor of an overwhelming rushing attack is the best way to mitigate the damage caused by the defense and special teams, but that's just me. If they're not on the field, they can't frick up.

Of course it is. Lets not give credit to the team for practicing hard and playing hard to have LSU #5 in the nation. Lets just tell them they are lucky.
so are you arguing that MSU and Auburn are better this year than they were last year?
the "luck" i referenced was that last year both were vastly superior to their 2014 counterparts. we have no control over that

Our D, to this point in the season, is #15 in the nation
without depth and after having lots of growing pains against inferior teams without QB talent (Auburn, Cuse, EMU)

See the 2011 Arkansas,
Holy shite. You mean the game where JJ had 52 % of our entire offensive output against #3 arky where he had 261 yards of our 494 total yards? The game where our qb had more total yards than any other game of the season?
You realize you can look stuff up before you sound stupid, right?

I don't think we'll get a good passing performance in any of our remaining games. What we see is what an off-season of work and 4 games have developed. We go into our remaining 6 conference games with one hand tied behind our backs.
South Carolina–W
Florida–L
Bama–L
A&M–L
Ole Miss–L
Arky–W
7-4/4-4
A bit better than the 7-5/3-5 I predicted at the beginning of the year.

Pissed off we went down 14-0?

Pretty clear you didn't watch that game bc Jefferson was putrid before TM7 turned it around. It's obvious from your posts that you just follow stats and can't analyze what is happening on the field.
By the way, explain how there was decent QB play in the other games I mentioned.

My problem is I need lsu to be up big before I start drinking heavily so I'm rarely drunk during games, except for 2011.

Ha ha. I'm using facts. IT'S A FACT that against arkansas our qb had more total yards than in any other game in 2011.
IT'S A FACT that JJ went 19/28 62% compl for 208 yards passing.
IT'S A FACT JJ had 53 yards rushing.
I'm sorry your biased opinion is proven wrong by facts. Deal with it. JJ played well against Arky in 2011 and no amount of opinion will change that because FACTS prove he played well.

You may want to go back and watch that game again.

JJ had a really good second half. He started the game poorly.
It ended up being one of his better games, his next two were awful.

Na bruh. His opinion means more than 62 % completion and 261 yards of offense.

All I can say is I certainly hope not. As I wrote before I would be the happiest of all fans to see my preseason prediction prove wildly inaccurate.

that 2011 team was oft-dependent on big special teams/defensive plays
the apex example is the SEC title game

Absolutely. One of the worst passing games in LSU history, but special teams and field position advantage pushed the game in LSU's favor.
