So the only way you can enjoy watching LSU football is if they never ever lose again. Seriously, you just made it sound like if Miles was more like Saban that we could go undefeated or win more championships. The problem with your perspective is that there is only one Saban.

Sorta. There are automatic bids for BCS conf winners and any school finishing in a certain slot, depending on the arcane rule. Then there is the ND caveat. Beyond that, BCS bowls can pick who they want provided they don't violate the 2-per-conf rule. Pretty f'ed up and certainly not entirely contingent on polls, per se.

I'd be happy with an offense that wasn't borderline retarded...and I'm not referring to the players.
