No. Comcast is yet to sign on. AFAIK, to date the carriers that have contracted to carry the SEC Network are, Dish, AT&T U-Verse, NRTC and Google Fiber. The best place for reliable information is the website for SEC Network which is being kept constantly updated & has all the relevant information available.
