I disagree with Joey about Miles, but he does have a point about Lacour's irrational approach to the question of Miles v. Saban. If Miles won 5 NCs over the next ten years and finished in the top 10 every year, while Saban didn't do as well, I'd be crazy not to change my mind about which coach is better. The evidence would be there to prove it. I think Saban is better and I expect the evidence to show that over the next few years, but if it doesn't, then it would be irrational to keep believing something that is contradicted by the evidence.
