Sloan's offense is suited for a true dual threat QB.
Nuss is a pro-style QB in dual threat QB system.
This causes an incompatibility between the QB and OL skill sets. It worked great with a great dual threat QB like JD. It spudders a lot with pro-style QB like Nuss.
The fix: run more plays from pro-style formation...i.e. QB under center. All of a sudden we will see a more effective running game.
Sloan is running the same offense he had with JD with Nuss now. Nuss would be more effective with more of a pro-style offensive attack and the OL would look a lot better IMO.
