Skip gave us Les Miles, Paul Mainieri, kept Yvette Girouard too long, and he let Pat Henry walk. Name ONE good thing he did as an AD. I’ll hang up and listen!

The three of them have won a combined 70% of their games while at LSU which is reason enough for you to shite on them I suppose.

Well 2 of them underachieved. And don’t get me started on the clown that is Les Miles. The dude is a straight up scumbag - not to mention a horrible coach and Skip overlooked both - so what does that say about Skip? LSU has a horrible cloud over them right now and Les is a major reason for that. And who cares if they won 70% of their games - that’s a BS excuse. No one remembers anyone that finishes after 1st,
Oh - Skip also gave LSU Dennis Shaver - another classic underachiever. And I’m sure he had a hand in getting Trent Johnson here.
So again - name ONE good thing Skip did for LSU?

What percentage of big time university coaches achieve at the 70+% level?
If 70% victory rate is your definition of underachieving, what is the minimum level you pose for achieving. What % of university level coaches reach that? Does winning National championships qualify? How many coaches do that even once? Multiples are very rare
I won't defend Les Miles' personal life, but how many big time college football coaches reach his level of victories? Exactly how many past Natty winners in college football are still alive even? About his personal activities, do we know what Skip knew about them? Isn't that mostly on Alleva?
A lot of the blame on the Henry/Shaver mess should be laid at the foot of the TAF which balked at spending the money Henry wanted.

Nah, I just simply said Skip should have no business assisting LSU getting a new coach for any sport. Just because he won 5 National Titles doesn't mean he's ENTITLED to help with the search or give his opinion.
