Adjusting from 4-3 to 3-4 isn't a big jump like everybody thinks. Anytime you play a new defense it's a transition but this defense will only get better with time.

I know it takes time to adjust to a new scheme. I am just starting to worry that we don't have the personnel to run the 3-4. We are 29th in scoring defense with only Florida, Alabama and A&M ahead of us.

No doubt, but this defense has given up ground quite easily. LSU needs to develop a bit of a mean streak on that side of the ball.

Not worried about it one bit. They've made the plays they need to make. They'll only get better as the season goes on.

It all depends on whether or not TV can lose those 25 lbs.

You can tell they're adjusting but also see flashes. Seeing some players think about rushing the QB, recognizing the play, and dropping back into coverage is a thing of beauty.

Aranda will employ a bend but don't. Break. Good scoring d. But he runs a simple d and it's not always super aggressive. If he keeps holding teams to lest than 21 we should win a lot.

I think there should be big time concern. The D is soft up the middle and this will show up during SEC play.
