If you wanna get real slick, stream it with a phone/ipad and either chromecast or hdmi adapt it to the tv,
Don’t think this works anymore. The new updates on the apps can tell when you hook up a hdmi and will stop working.

I have always hooked my iPad up directly to the television using a lightning/USB-C to HDMI adapter. If you have an iPad with an LTE chip it wouldn’t be a bad idea to spend $29.99 and get an unlimited plan on it just for the month. You could also use your phone, but it isn’t quite as convenient since you will be in constant contact with friends/family through text or phone calls. Assuming you have a service like DirecTV or Comcast as your home service you can utilize the apps of various networks on your phone or iPad to stream pretty much any game you want. This has always been the cleanest method for me. I’ve never been a big fan of using the phone as a hotspot for another device in these situations because it severely limits your movement, especially in a tailgate scenario.

About 7 years ago we had Direct TV hook up a satellite to a tripod. Works flawlessly unless you knock the dish off its tilt.

We use a mifi device that my wife’s step dad got for free from at&t. Works great. We bring an iPad, generator and a tv and boom.

A lot of people have personal hotspots on their phone's. We are gonna try a Fire stick/Roku this year with antenna for backup just in case.
if you can get it on the phone or tablet...

with ROKU.

We use an antenna for most games, and we bring along our roku and stream ESPN games when we need to. You either need a phone that can be set up as a personal hotspot or a mifi for this to work.
