It was probably the biggest weakness last season, but how are things shaping up?

If recruiting Websites mean anything, we will have 3 five star and 7 four star DBs (if I didn't leave anyone out) to chose from. If Chavis can't build an unbreakable force with that, I don't know who can.

I don't think talent was the problem, it was complete and total and constant confusion on the field and sideline. I don't see any of this being a problem with the new defensive staff.

i wouldnt say thats an unbreakable force because opposing teams have 5 star wide recievers and 4 star wide recievers as well

I am hare pressed to believe it was a talent problem. I think it was total confusion and extremely poor coaching against offenses that give you multiple looks. GT was a good offense but assignment wise it was not that hard for the defense because passing wasn't a particular threat and we had better football players on defense across the board than they did on offense. I think the coaches did a great job of prep. for that game but I don't think scheme wise it was that difficult to prepare for.
