The loss to Xavier last weekend reminded me that we'll lose a couple series and a couple mid weeks but just need to get hot at the right time

What if you didn’t worry about the biggest strength peaking and the season just started? Grow a sack. The staff is just getting going and the starters stretched out. We have the best guys over seeing them.
I think you should be worried about question marks and not exclamation points.

LSU has the best pitching staff in the country and plenty of talented hitters. Don't know why anyone would not expect at least Omaha. Its a crapshoot from there, but I like the odds. Also, if you go 18 -12 with this schedule, there is no way you are not a national seed.

I don't view the offense as a liability. It won't be like last year, but we've got plenty of guys that can swing it. And, Tanks hasn't gotten hot yet.
