I think any plan that is put out has to be practical and doable. First, there is no way to monitor how old actual ticket users are. Second, there are myriad laws outlawing age discrimination, and a lot of "old" season ticket holders will sue if the only reason they are not allowed to attend the Bama game is because of their age. Last, whatever plan is enacted has to be simple enough to manage. To me, the best way to manage this is to determine what the stadium capacity will be set at, then have a set system to spread out the selected tickets to ensure the distance between each set. Say the set capacity is 50% and we have 8 home games, then I should receive authorization to attend 4 home games. I can then attend the games or sell my tickets. Its not perfect, but it solves a lot of issues, while being fair to everybody. I sure that the big donors will be exempted, but for the average fan its about as fair as it can be.

Sorry, I misread post. I agree with what you wrote. Like it or not, we are going to have reduced capacity in TS this year which means reduced tickets for season ticket holders (either number of tickets or number of games, or both). And I agree - they can’t (and won’t) say that old people can’t come in - the old people are the ones writing the checks.

Bjork at aTm said they are aiming to have all season ticket holders in their stadium.

Would you trust a man who speaks like this?
A&M’s AD “You know” COVID plans

As one point he references the Dolphin’s plans which reduce attendance to 15,000 fans. Does that sound like full attendance.
