Les is unfit but are there actually any coaches out there that are fit? I am sure there are but I am not sure that LSU has ever had a coach that didn't have some brain issues. Les Miles issues are just different than all the others. I say we keep him... I just don't see the perfect coach out there.

First of all, I maybe a new poster but I'm not even close to being new to football or my knowledge of the game.

No, Miles hasn't cost us a game yet but he could have easily cost us those games this year. Also, Miles has a history of costing this program games, so the there is a history there. History tends to repeat itself & I just hope it doesn't repeat itself this year.

Secondly, if fans aren't happy about this team being 7-0, then certainly is something wrong. No matter what a fan's feeling is toward the head coach, they should never wish the team to fail, just to get rid of him.

In those years of the Randall & Russell controversies, those teams weren't 7-0 in any of those seasons & didn't have a chance to win a national title. The Lee/Jefferson controversey is nowhere similiar to the Randall/Russell controversey.

As far Miles not having his hands in this offense or having influence on the offensive line is foolish. Nick Saban started out as a secondary coach & is defensive minded coach. As we say first hand, Muschamp was his defensive coordinator but Saban's fingerprints were all over the defense. That continues over at Alabama.

Those samethings apply for Rich-Rod & Urban Meyer. They maybe the head coaches of their respective programs & have offensive coordinators but don't think for one second that those guys don't have their hands all other their team's offenses.

Miles specialty is coaching the O-Line & he's there on the practice field also. So don't think he's just there watching & not having an influence.

You can call my comments stupid & thats your opinion but as I mentioned you need to take the blinders off & see the big picture.
