I sure hope a few of you are in non-leadership roles in real life. Every fricking time a coach or transfer player is on the open market there are some who want to bring him in. Just stick to a plan and be as best as you can within that plan instead of constantly going in a different direction. FWIW, O and his staff's priority should be building the trenches.

Thank you. tRant is full of a bunch of dumbasses who hate O and staff for no legit reason even when he is exceeding expectations.

I agree on the trenches, but think his knowledge and eyes can be beneficial.

We don't need every coach or player but when it's guys like Justin Fields and that Buffalo QB, you go for them. Same for OCs. USC and Kingsbury were in talks immediately, Briles was in talks with FSU, and Tennessee might be getting Yurcich (who put on a show vs Mizzu yesterday). The trenches are FAR from the only priority problem. O hiring of Cregg was part one and getting talent there is part two. They aren't going to get rid of the DL coach so we need much more talent there. What O can do after the bowl game is go after WR coaches and OC/QB coaches. Ensminger just will not work. It should have never happened, but they also need to terminate it before it can do more damage. Obviously they won't and LSU will fall short of goals again because of it.

Get ready for perpetual 8-10 win seasons.
