SEC commissioners didn’t have issue with LSU football while we were mired in mediocrity with a couple of National Titles sprinkled in between. Now we have an administration and coaching staff that can seriously compete year in and year out, yet they want to keep us seated at the kids table.
Sankey needs to focus on regaining the mantle he lost to the Big 10. That gap between the two conferences will widen if they decide to cut off the nose (LSU) to spite the face.

I think it's more of an issue of finding an opportunity to consolidate power and be able to enforce it's own rules rather than be subject to state courts.

That’s impossible. If a district court rules against you, you either appeal or comply. If you don’t comply, you get slapped with contempt which is what is about to happen to the SEC.

Exactly, with Kim, Jay, Wade and Lane Kiffin the writing is on the wall. We are about to cause the SEC a lot of pain. They’re scared as shite and we’ve been kept at bay for one reason or another for the last 25 years and guess what that time has passed.
