Aranda is lights out. Give him an extra week to prepare for an opponent (Bama x2 and Louisville bowl game) and he really tightens the screws.

Next year will be the third time he prepares for a Hurts led offense. On top of that, the game will be in Tiger Stadium. Who has the advantage: a third year starter in Hurts or Aranda preparing for Hurts a third time?

Aranda's defense is giving up 20 pts per game this season.

He's one of the best in the business. It's amazing how some of the fans questioned his coaching skills early in the year.

Really?....Here's what I've figured out. Alabama looks like LSU used to, and LSU doesn't.

Huh?

Aranda called an absolutely brilliant game last night.

How so? We lost.

Alabama is bigger, faster, and more physical, with a coaching staff that recruits and position coaches lite years beyond LSU.

fricking idiot. You answered your own question with your second paragraph. Despite everything you just listed, our D played a great game

We didn’t lose because of defense. You don’t want Aranda Leaving.

I would name him head coach in waiting. We’re obviously not going after a superstar. He could be the savior when O inevitably does something to get fired.

Does he want to be a head coach?
