Miami didn't want to even be there. Nd Should NOT have been there.KENT and Zona were cupcakes at the time.

The #'s are dwindlin the last two years. There is only 2 games I will even consider, Va Tech and Auburn 09.

Does not belong, we allowed 466 Yards to them
They actually out gained us and they committed 4 turnovers

No I'm fine with Miles (for now). It's Crowton that I think needs to be fired asap before he does more damage.

i can't ague with this. i just hope he gets back to his '07 form or is fired. I think Lee may have scared the shite out of him and thats why he was so conservative last year.....he didn't want a repeat of '08 with Jefferson.

This is a dumb argument and where I actually agree with Choctaw. Miami gave us their best shot, they attempted a few deep passes, they put their star CB at QB a few times. It was a 3-3 game midway through the 2nd quarter. Our defense smothered them and our running game took over. We made them quit.

ND was still a good team at the time.

Unfortunatley, you are right about this one.

I think it was that they didn't have enough confidence in JJ to open up the playbook more.

No, matter you have to give Saban his due he did turn LSU football around

There are a ton of people on here that won't give him credit for this. Which is sad.

Miles may not be the answer but I'll be behind him a 100% until he leaves or until he is asked to leave

If I wasn't behind him or supported this team with such pasion. I wouldn't be so piss about what has gone on the last two years. Yet I am called a NO fan cause I am pissed about our head coach. I he turns it around I will be happy.

I le this go. The recruiting thing is what bothers me the most. I knew that was going to happen.

Can we say bitter?

Hating the man cause he went to a school willing to make him highest paid coach. I doubt many coaches would pass that up because it is a rival of a school they formerly coached at.

I'll give you Miami, Va Tech, and Auburn out of that entire list. The rest were either cupcakes or we had them out 4 and 5 starred all over the board. I can name just as many where LSU didn't show up or made the game against a cupcake or outclassed team way too close. The Ga Tech game was fools gold.

It is mediiocre for the amount of Talent on this team.

Clueless, we had a subpar O line, a D learning a new system, a 19 yr old true So QB starting his 3 game at the yrs beginning, and due to injuries we were running a 4th string RB at yrs end.

Finishing 3rd in the SEC and 17th in the nation can only been seen as mediocre by jerk fans who expect more of 18-22 yr old players than they expect of themselves.

These are the same type jerk fans who threw crap at the Tennessee bus.

Kentucky '07- Miles and Pelini blow it and almost blow a NC.
Arky '07- repeat of above.
Tenn '05- Miles blows a 21 point lead being a dufus.
Ole Piss 2006, 2008 and 2009- Miles pwned by the likes of Ed fricking Orgeron and the village idiot Houston Nutt in Tiger Stadium for God's sake.
ULL, Vandy, La Tech and freakin' Troy, in Tiger Stadium, the team pulls a no show and looks like a lower tier SEC team while Miles stands on the sideline staring into the emptying stadium like a clueless wonder.

I could go on with the Pick 6 King and the OC from hell in '08, but I won't.

quite possible. Either way he needs to take his head out of his arse. If he doesn't do it this year he's out of a job....atleast he should be.

Allow me to join others in defense of the word "Fact"

Please provide proof in the form of written statements from university presidents and athletic directors from every college in the United States that they would have fired their own coach and hired Nick Saban in 2006. Otherwise, that would be an OPINION.

Here is a board dedicated to the athletic endeavors of an institute of higher education and its patrons don't understand the difference between fact and opinion.
