I'm tired of hearing this bullshite!
This is why Ed Orgeron is our head coach. We have the dumbest fans (and dumbest AD) in the country who "talk like him". They don't understand football, recruiting, or how college football programs work. Alleva hiring O was a PR move to get you idiots to like him. It was a selfish move on Alleva, that's the only reason you hire the worst coach in Ole Miss history.
Saban didn't have one of the most talented teams in the country you ignorant frickS!! So quit pointing to that as an excuse!

Marcus was smart in saying this. He didn't mean "we no longer have elite talent". He meant we no longer have an elite program. This was a shot at Joe Alleva, and I like it.

Thank you, dumbass. You just recited my point. The problem with our team is not about talent, it's about coaching.
The problem with Saban's team was not about coaching(obviously), it was about talent.

It's not Aleevaa job to develop players... It's the coaching staff as a whole and so far this year they have all failed......

People are forgetting that UAB didn't whip LSU up and down the field for four quarters.
LSU also committed 6 turnovers (4 INT, 2 lost fumbles)
The game was tied at 10 at 10:33 of the 4th quarter.
Josh Booty audibled to a play that did not exist and threw an interception with 25 seconds to play.
UAB kicked a walkoff FG to win.
Troy DOMINATED LSU.

I watched our Dline get pushed around by State and Troy. That aint a Top 5 unit there.
I venture to say the same about our Oline. It ain't Top 5 either.

Or that its young, or not at positions of need, etc.

No I did not make you point... recruiting goes back like three years.... Miles is at fault as well because he did not recruit and develop both lines... we are getting our arse kicked up front by the last three teams we played.... is O at fault for ALL this????? Well yes... he is the man in charge, but the whole coaching staff needs to be at fault....
Now this team is not as talented as you think.... 5 star recruits mean nothing to me because once you get to ANY major college level goes up a huge amount..... again I do NOT blame players in college......

Well technically speaking the young part was addressed by my attrition comment because obviously if you had top 5 classes for the last 4 years you weren't supposed to be young
