I don't understand why Saban does stuff like this, or commercials, or other TV appearances. He has plenty of money and sounds absolutely miserable doing any of these extracurricular activities

Watched that yesterday, my biggest takeaway was that the coaching losses we suffered won't be nearly as bad as everyone thought. The Burrow lose will be greater. We ran the same plays out of a handful of formations all year, we just executed the shite out of them.

I agree 100%. I don't think LSU ran some type of offense that was "novel" to college football coaches, as much as Burrow was a master at executing it. His decision making was off the charts good (which is a BIG factor in separating ok QB's from great ones) and he was in complete command of everything. I don't know if there was a single game, quarter, hell, series, where he was rattled.

Obviously it took Brady's addition to the staff to inject a new way of thinking into the comfortable, but non-innovative offense of Ensminger. But just like Brees with the Saints. Or Brady with NE. It wouldn't have had a huge impact without the QB capable of both processing and executing it on the field.

No OC schemes or calls "bad plays". They are all designed to work. But if your QB can't quickly find and exploit the weakness the play call doesn't matter all that much. The scheme and skill players were great. But it was Burrow who made LSU unstoppable last season

I think - no troll - that Saban is really interested in a broadcast career once he hangs it up at Bama. Also, he probably figures it's good for recruiting to be showing up everywhere on TV.

Really obvious breakdown of Joe and our offense in the title game.

Saban has certainly grabbed hold of the obvious

Yup! I was paying for Hulu. Need Disney+ for kids. ESPN+ got thrown in with the other two for free!

Lol, all this tells me is they are charging too much if they can just throw in a service for "free".

It's like the dollar menu. That food isn't even worth a dollar for them to be charging a dollar and making profit.
