The only reason I even mentioned it in the first place is because it came from a guy I know who is an active UH alumnus and quite in tune with and active in supporting UH athletics.
In other words, a guy who didn't know a thing about all of the talk we've heard (from other fans, from Verge, etc.) about LSU wanting to do a neutral site game in Houston.
Other than that, I can't offer you much. I will, however, call this guy to see if he's heard anything else (and to see what else he may know but hasn't shared w/ me).

we were talking about texas coming into new orleans every once in a while and playing tulane for "recruiting" purposes a while back when bama was thinking about scheduling tulane in new orleans and everyone said that did nothing for recruiting but it looks like we are doing the same thing with houston.
