He really was a big part of that backfield's success. A lot of times, the FB doesn't get the recognition. The great thing about Rob was eventhough he knew that he was making holes, he still was humble and extremely proud for those guys being successful.

We had a stretch from 94 through mid 2000s where we had some outstanding FB’s. Anthony Skinner, Big Rob, Tommy Banks, Steltz, Jordan with Ally at times, and Hester.
