This has nothing to do with being explosive. Lots of players are star offensive players in HS and aren't explosive on the next level.

Sorry to get your panties in a wad. Brandon was one of the most explosive players on our team last year.

ETA:

I'm not knocking on Ricky. I think he will be a fine player for us. I just think they are different types of players. Brandon is a little more compact and explosive. I think Ricky is more fluid.

I actually like this comparison. I watched him play at DHS a few times. He has great closing speed but his cover skills aren't fantastic. I think he'd be a much better FS though. His speed makes him dangerous lurking deep in the secondary.

So how big is he. all recruiting sites have him listed as 6'. I was surprise to see him listed as 5'10" on lsusports.net.

Also surprised to see Tre White listed as 5'10".

Thought Les learned his lesson about short corners.

Nothing was explosive about brandon taylor! he was so explosive we moved him to safety. He wasn't picking passes off and taking them to the house on defensive. we didn't even blitz him. He was a good sound player thats it. He wasn't a burner at the combine either. TM7 Ron brooks mo claiborne jarvis and odell were explosive.

Brandon was the star running back at Franklinton. It wasnt until college that he moved to D. He was much more explosive.

I suppose Rickey is training somewhere?

Because he has gotten bigger since the season ended.

Lol cause safeties aren't explosive? DBs are the fastest and most agile players on the team. Considered the best all-around athletes because of their hips and closing speed.

You are a fricking moron.

And BT played RB in HS and was fricking awesome at it.

The only reason Brandon sparingly played corner his senior year was because that's what Les and Saban both wanted him at in college. He was a pure RB.

Thank you.

We aren't knocking Ricky. I just think they are a little different in how they move on the field. Ricky should be a good one for us.
