Rewatched the game in a non-drunk state of mind.

And our Defensive front is legit. We have some horses at DB. Converse hustled his arse off to catch that breakaway though it was called back by a hold. Harold Perkins is a Got Dang Man at backer!!! And Jay Ward was everywhere. Im impressed with the D Baws!!

What was your sober take on special teams?

Not good at all. Need a lot of work there unfortunately.

And that is without Maason Smith.

Watched it all sober last night and was very pleased with defensive improvement

Converse tracked that guy down. Not Brooks

Better, but a long way to go. Start with made kicks, FGs and PATs, blocking assignments.. All better.. We had a positive special teams turnover.

Tackling was awful. Kick out of bounds is a inexcusable, etc. And clearly, when my wife and daughter are yelling "Get away from the Ball" there is still a lot of work to do.

I still just shake my head over how that happened.

I was having flash backs of the Les Miles era when we used to kick the ball in the corner in front of the end zone. Gamble would kick it out of bounds all the time. Just kick the ball in the end zone.

Wingo is a dude. Saivion Jones is more athletic than I thought he was. Patiently waiting to see Wiggins get some reps.

Jay ward has been one of my favorites tigers to see grow up. First year played despite being hurt because well there was nobody else. Asked to move around when needed. Sometimes I get worried when he takes on a big guy with that aggressiveness though. Hes not the biggest guy

Dude is just an absolute baller. He would rather break his neck than miss a tackle. Love that kid.

I just watched the game sober as well. Daniels does have a good bit of room to improve. And I mean that in a very positive way for himself and the team.

Jay Ward is getting a lot press and hype and he absolutely deserves it! But damn, Greg Brooks is legit too! He’s all over the field and he is a great tackler! I love watching those two flying around

CBK said he wanted them to play fast and free and they did just that last night. Proud of the D. Here’s to getting better and better going forward.
