1. Yes and because he's really really good.
2. Cheetah's got world class speed and is a terrific athlete, he will be as good a returner as there is in this league.

5. Since you are nitpicking, yes he's not as physical as the perfect corner would be. But many Hall of Fame CB's werent physical players. He's fast, agile and plays the ball at the highest levels. He could start for anybody. He could start at WR for some teams in this league.
