This is the current possible outcomes:
Jordan Jefferson arrested, but not convicted
DA doesn't get reelected, police chief fired, and Jefferson is looked on a a poor soul. Baton rouge is mad
Jordan Jefferson arrested and convicted:
DA and police chief are great, Baton Rouge says they did their job in rough times.
Jordan Jefferson not charged
DA and Police Chief get a black eye, but quickly recover saying it only got out of hand for a few days.
If I was in power I would say my job is on the line, you arrest you better guarantee me a conviction. If you can't do that don't arrest him.
