Here comes The Sark and he's bring the BAMA OL Coach with him. Mrs. Sark looking for housing off Highland South
why in the world (other than money) would Sark leave Saban to come to LSU? Not happening. Not even close to happening.

Not sure if it has been discussed on here already but I vote for Corey Raymond as DC. Bring in a new young guy to coach DBs under Raymond’s eye. He deserves it. He’s valuable. Raymond is the interim HC too if you ask me.

He'd be a great hire. I'm hoping he gets the call to come home one day soon.

Yes it is dumbass. If I fire you I can deny your unemployment compensation application. As a business owner I sign off on any unemployment compensation since I’m the one paying into it. Not the employee.

I can choose to not deny but the choice is mine-the employer.

You can try deny it but, unless there was something egregious involved, they will get paid unemployment. You will make your case on the hearing call and a week later you will get notice that they were paid.

He has done a great job wherever he has been, but if it is true that O has one year to turn the program around.......I'm not sure a guy like Freeman will leave Cincinnati, especially since he just signed a new contract.

From the Sept 7th, 2020 CINCINNATI ENQUIRER: "Now that Cincinnati Bearcats football coach Luke Fickell has a new contract, one of his top assistants also has a new deal.

A source close to the negotiations confirmed Monday night that Cincinnati defensive coordinator Marcus Freeman has agreed to a new two-year contract that will pay the 34-year-old assistant $600,000 in the first year".

If I fire you something egregious was involved and that might or not be fraud, lying, drugs, violence, insubordination, ethics, hell I can fire you for watching porn.

In 40 years of business I have never, nor has my legal council, not successfully appealed compensation for cause in the state of Louisiana.

Now having said that- it is not a strategy or policy to deny coverage. It is simply a tool used for the proper circumstances.

If an employee has been laid off due to lack of work or even disputable circumstances I have never pursued denial of compensation.

But it’s safe to say I’ve been in business long enough to know the difference between the above employees.
