I respectfully struggle to understand people's interest in this. If an LSU player makes a big play or has a good season in the pro's it may get my attention a little. But other than that i'm really unconcerned. Just the fact that they won't contribute to our team anymore really makes it difficult for me to find interest in these individuals. Call me an asshat or whatnot, but they don't play on our team anymore so they're not important IMO. I don't wish them any bad luck, Im just not interested in them.

I enjoy watching our players in the pro's. I also have a number of players throughout the NCAA that I like, even though I don't like their teams. I also like certain NFL players without liking their teams. In short I like incredible athletes and enjoy watching them perfect a game that I could not play very well.

Likewise I have players I dislike and follow them to watch their demise

Also, although they are not contributing on the field I believe that players succeeding in the NFL from LSU does contribute to our University and football program.

Getting our players prepared for the next level is a MAIN selling point of the football program.

Watching them succeed as professionals speaks highly of our coaching staff and program.

In other words, it helps recruiting and assists in LSU contending for future titles.

If you don't care about that, I don't know what to tell you.

I can see this....I know that I can be a little vain when it comes to visualizing contribution....I do enjoy watching PP on sundays though

Probably for the same reason the Combine is on the NFL Network for a whole week.
I only watched 20 minutes of that. The annual Rich Eisen 40-yard-dash segment. Epic.

Quick recruiting question are recruits allowed to come to these events and atleast watch. If they this has got to be one of the biggest days, I read that every team will have a scout there, probably due to almost every position is represented

You are a shite person to say this. Give back some support for those that gave up A LOT of their time for your enjoyment. These guys are putting their lives up for grabs, the least you could do is this.

Should be interesting to see JJ, JLee and Charles Scott here.

Neither did I. It just went from a "maybe I'll watch" to needing an in-game thread. We should probably shut down the Rant and move everybody to the Score Board.

Thanks...but why would anyone want to watch this? Just tell me the results later when it is over with
I agree. In fact, why even watch football games themselves? Just lemme know the score afterwords.
