Never seen so much hate for a kid transferring before the K. joseph cat.
The kid is home grown, so what maybe he has some problems or growing up to do.
Regardless is this teenage boy's life choices very maddening to some of you? Or am i just preceiving messages incorrectly? Lol

Really bad comparison.

Well, I have stayed out of it but there is a difference. A 3rd CB plays a ton. A backup QB....not so much

So hes trashed because he would play this year, and that is what makes that okay?

I am saying that OSU understood that Joe wasn’t going to play. If he would have been a starter and left they wouldn’t have been so nice about it. A 3rd CB is basically a starter

What degree did Joseph get?
Like it or not, a graduate transfer is different than a guy seeking out a more pot friendly environment.

bruh you are comparing a freshman who got playing time yet failed his team come bowl time because he was immature.. when they needed him most.. and now he doesn't want to stick it out or get right..
to a guy who had no issues and tried to give his original team every opportunity.. including being an upper classman.. who was finally beat out by a lower classman.

Dude stfu. This kid has been nothing but a distraction for our football team for the past year with his transfer bs, failed drug tests, and complaining about playing time like he should just be given a starting job when there are BETTER players ahead of him. Screw him. The quicker he leaves our program the better.

Its childish and sad for grown men to bash a young adult because we’ve all made dumb decisions when we were his age. However, to transfer and sit out a year isn’t going to help his situation. You’re playing in the SEC and teams that he’s looking at churn out db’s. He’s probably not used to not being the best player on the roster and would have ultimately had to settle for being the nickel corner. Hope he grows up in his redshirt year, but it’s no longer an LSU problem.

You should take into consideration the way the two handled their situations. Joe competed to the best of his ability (a little Les-ism there haha) at OSU but in the end did not beat out Haskins, who was a great college QB. Joe wanted to go to a place that would give him the opportunity to become a leader from day 1 and left OSU respectfully, which in turn earned respect from that fan base. Kelvin has been seemingly just seeking attention and has been making off hand petty comments rather than quietly going about his business.

You can down vote the responses all you want. It doesn't change the fact that Joseph is butthurt bc he got beat out of a starting position by a true freshman that is definitely better than him. This is the real dbu. You don't get given shite here. He's not owed or entitled to anything from LSU as a team or coaching staff. You earn your playing time by being the best man for the position and aren't promised a starting spot. He's clearly not for LSU, and instead of fighting it out and seeing what he can do to improve, compete, and earn more playing time, he chose to be a pussy and take his ball and run off. He's not LSU tiger material. No chest.

And would have likely gotten beat out opposite Stingley by Ricks next year and it’s ok. LSU puts out great dbs who play the nickel and dime.

No one’s arguing that. But it’s pretty damn tacky for our fans to be on here calling him a bitch, saying frick him, etc. It’s a bad look.

Exactly. The writing was on the wall for joseph. It doesn't mean anything other than he doesn't want to compete for a spot. He practices with these guys we have and knows they're studs. He knows who Elias is I promise you and has seen him play and knows it will be very difficult for him to ever start here. He isn't willing to put in the work and doesn't believe in himself enough to compete for the spot...so, he can leave. It won't hurt us I promise you that. Way too much talent, especially at the dB positions, and it's next man up.
