I don't know that the Gumps would be a "lock" for #2 vs a 1-loss oregon or 1-loss oklahoma, or even boise.

(And I really don't want to play them again)

I just want to let the system do it's job and if that's the situation decide by the rules who is No. 2.

Maybe that Alabama is a better team and lost by less to LSU. I guess that would be my argument, it might be wrong. It isn't up to me though.
