Regarding SEC tourney

I would definitely think we have a chance at the number 2 national seed.

Of course. Hell D1 had us as the #2 seed last week…. Before a road series win and this hypothetical tournament championship.
Before dropping us to the 7 seed after the road series win.

It doesn’t matter. LSU is going to be a top 8 national seed regardless of what happens this week. Being a top 8 national seed is the only thing that matters.

If you ask the rant LSU has to win the SEC tournament and even then might be a #9 seed, lol.

Again, there is a very good chance, but you are kidding yourselves if GA, Vandy, Auburn aren't looking at the same thing with deep runs, given they all have a better RPI than LSU already. If the SEC gets 5 seeds, then I think that we are the 8 seed...if the conference only gets 4 seeds...see scenario above. GA and Vandy play each other potentially the same night as us, so one would be eliminated...but if we only get 4 of the top 8 seeds, then we don't want Auburn going to the finals (would mean they beat us on the year 4-0, and either GA or Vandy.

There will be five teams remaining in the tournament when LSU takes the field. Assuming there are no delays.
