Referees at LSU practices

Ive always wondered, who are these refs? Local high school refs? College refs we see on tv getting their own practice/experience? Same ones all the time? Etc

Pretty sure sec refs that helps them train for the season

Good deal. I think many teams use these conference officials at practices.

Refs also need to practice and prepare for the upcoming season.
Having P4 officials at scrimmages has been a common practice for years. Schools primarily try to use officials from their conference, but it’s also an opportunity for younger officials from lower levels to gain experience.
Having SEC or FBS officials at every practice would be very unique, but Alex Golesh at Auburn is doing something similar
