All-Defensive Team

Angel Reese, LSU

Madison Scott, Ole Miss

Mama Dembele, Missouri

Kamilla Cardoso, South Carolina

Jordyn Cambridge, Vanderbilt

Aneesah Morrow or Flaujae also deserved a spot on the All Defense Team, maybe even more than Angel. Glad the Tigers were represented.

SEC is loaded full of talent from top to bottom, full of superstars. For Reese, Williams, Flaujae, Morrow, and ADR to win their individual awards is an amazing accomplishment. Brings recognition to LSU long-term. Wished HVL would have gotten 2nd team or honorable mention.

As she should have. Going undefeated after turning over your entire starting lineup is impressive.

Not at all diminishing how good they have been this year, but this narrative that SC has 5 brand new starters is a little misleading. 3 of their starters averaged double digit minutes a game last season off the bench. It's not like they brought in 5 brand new players.
