But don't you dare ask for a cup of ice. Their first excuse is "we charge for the cup." Then when you come back with an empty cut asking for ice, they still try and charge you $5 to fill your cup up with ice.

If it was .50 or 1.00 I wouldn't mind paying it. But trying to charge full drink price for a cup of ice?
It also wouldn't be a problem if the water from the water fountain wasn't hot and nasty.
