Reese Davis is a Bama homer. He needs to stick to reporting and stop making catty comments about LSU or its fan base. He was laughing at the fact that LSU was losing in the first half.

This same Rece Davis was the one who was lobbying hard for us last year to play in the championship...he was calling a spade a spade...LSU fans suck at this point...take the purple and gold glasses of for a sec and you'd all see that.

The current students in the fan base are plain spoilt. They've tasted too much success in a short period of time and can't appreciate the amount of training, planning, talent and experience that goes into winning games at LSU.

No they wouldn't have, and it's not just this game. Happens all the time. Other teams' fans seem to realize that there are only 8 home games per year.

What other fanbases? You mean Florida, whose stadium was empty early in the 4th quarter when we led them 33-7 in 2002? Or Ole Miss, whose stadium was empty by the start of the fourth quarter in 2005 when we beat them 40-7? Or Alabama, whose fans were all but home on the couch in 2003 when we beat them 27-3? Or Texas, whose fans used to empty the place early when they would get their asses kicked by Houston and the like back in the '90s? Or Arkansas, who could only get about 25,000 to show up for the BEGINNING of the game against us in 1996? Or Georgia, whose fans had emptied out their half of the stadium in the 3rd quarter against Florida a couple of weeks ago? Or USC, who couldn't fill the coliseum to save their lives until 2003? Or Miami, whose fans left the Orange Bowl empty before the end of the 3rd quarter in their FINAL game at the historic venue?

You fricking idiots who criticize LSU fans have to be the dumbest fricks on earth.

Sorry...don't remember this.

Great oversimplification of an issue that calls for greater analysis than "you suck."

I'm sorry...I really meant this for GeauxChrisSports and anybody else with the same sentiment, but go frick/speak for yourselves. I'm nearly vomitting from the self-righteousness of this board. No glasses needed, your blanket statement is a piss-poor attempt at stereotyping. If you want to say fans post-2003 suck, fine. Fans post-2007? Fine. But all fans? Kiss my arse. I never have, nor ever will, be a fair weather fan. I speak my mind and I don't give two shits what some poster says about me or the rest of the true fan base.

The fans that leave early don't know how to spell Dinardo...do you?

Nothing new. We take more pride in tailgating than the game itself. We get loud for a few special moments each season, like the Bama game last week.

But as a whole, he is right.
