Reasons why Will Wade should coach basketball and football

1. Never lost a game as LSU's basketball coach. Coach O has 3 as football coach.
2. Coach O said there were lackluster practices which lead to blowout against MSU. Will Wade is intense and practices are always high energy under him.
3. He never played basketball and is able to be a successful coach. He has also never played football so there should be no problem with him coaching the sport.
4. No coach has every coached two sports before at the college level and if any human on the planet has the mental capacity and motor to do it, it is Will Wade.
5. In his first year has a new coach at a non-basketball school he has the 16th best recruiting class for 2017 and the 8th for 2018. I have confidence this incredible recruiting should translate flawlessly to football.
6. If he shows he is able to turn around our dreadful basketball program, which it is looking like he will do just that, then I have confidence he can fix our slumped football program.
It would be a dicey move, but I would fully support it.

I actually thought about that.
But realistically, LSU needs a football coach with the intensity and boldness to make strong demands on his players like Wade appears to have.
