I'm pretty sure he can play any position in the outfield.

he'll be lucky to go in the 1st, much less the top 10.

Not that he isnt talented. I can def see him in the top 10 rounds though.

Needs to cut down on his K's and pick up his defense

I think he plays defense great, he just needs to start hitting the ball with more authority.

I find he still lacks cofidence at the plate.

He definitely improved his D last year after making a shite ton of errors as a FR, but he still isnt there.

Plus he only has an average arm.

You are making fun of people for saying that he wont be a top 10 pick, when he wont.

You don't have to be a "guru" to make that prediction.

Do you think he is a top 10 pick?

Actually, I don't. He certainly needs to improve on some things.

striking out is def his biggest problem

with his speed, he just needs to put it in play. He tries to be a power hitter too much, when he should be more of a leadoff/#2 hitter.

if he leads the team in K's again then he wont be going in the 1st, IMO.

He started hitting the ball very well at the end of the season when he got his timing down. What yall forget to think about is how much baseball pratice he misses playing football. It takes awhile to get your timeing back after laying off for a while. He missises all of Fall Baseball Pratice and some baseball during Football Spring Training. I think he is the best all around player on LSU baseball team. I am not saying he will be a first round pick but he will get drafted early.

He can't hit a curve ball, especially from a left hander. He will NOT be a first round pick. He'll be lucky to be taken in the first 10 rounds. I'm not hating on the kid, but he's just not that good. He's good, but not great. He needs to either cut down on his swing and become a contact hitter or try to drop bombs every time up. He strikes out WAY too much to be at the top of the lineup and he doesn't have enough power to be in the middle. Other than that, he's great.
