If O doesn't settle for Ensminger, Lubick could be the choice. Lubick was WR Coach at Ole Miss under O and is regarded as one of the top recruiters in football. He is currently Co-OC and passing game coordinator at Washington.
Washington was third in FBS this season in completion percentage.

Duke was the only FBS team in the country in 2012 with three receivers to catch at least 60 passes, led by Conner Vernon’s program-record 85 receptions. Vernon and Jamison Crowder also set an ACC record for most catches by a receiving tandem, combining for 157 receptions on the year.

Lubick's teaching's took Oregon's receivers to much improved level in his first season with the Ducks. Josh Huff set the single-season mark for receiving yards in a season with 1,140 - breaking a school record that stood for 43 years. Oregon set a school record for total offense in a season at 7,345, besting the old mark of 7,319 in 2011, which happened during a 14-game season.

I want O to run the offense so I can see the yaw yaw pumper reactions when we lose by 40 to Mississippi State again.
I want to see them defend it.

Unless hes the guy designing the offense and calling the plays, no thanks.

Calling the plays is over rated on here. Anyone who has played Madden for years can call plays on a well designed offense.
It's designing and most importantly TEACHING the offense that is the critical factor in whether or not an OC will be successful.
