He did say that he instigated the players to do the March to the President’s office last year without telling O. He was a huge part of last year’s team decension.

I just saw the piece that might have caused you to post this. RC is ridiculous, he cares now about his agenda that the right decision. I have never send anyone make something about race and then say it's not about race right after. Even SAS called him on it. RC dude is a disappointment on certain levels.
