Grow up. All of the what could have beens are weak attempts to claim a domiation that never occurred. TCU was within 4 of winning that game for over a third of the game including being in that position in the last half of the 4th qtr.

It is the extremely rare team that executes perfectly. Neither LSU nor TCU had perfect execution on Sat. Considering the disparity in depth and talent TCU could not afford those mistakes.

So many on this board were drastically wrong about TCU yet they continue to be whiny little children spewing insults. Sad really.

Dude as a former player, TCU was dominated by LSU. We did not have the killer instinct, but TCU was never going to win that game, ever. Look at the stats man. Really?

TCU gets stopped on the 4yrd line it's first drive, LSU fan calls it a defensive stand. LSU gets stopped on the goal line, LSU fan call it lucky and they left points off the board. TCU returns a kick off, LSU fan says players were out of thier lanes easy points. Beckham returns a kick 70yrds, LSU fan says that and SEC playmaker. Blue fumbles on the 6,we gave y'all points. Carter fumbles the 1st kick off for TCU, LSU fan says TCU can't handle the pressure. LSU fans just accept your win and be happy. I could what if TCU to win that game too. Y'all are a top 10 team, TCU is more like A 18 to 22 team. The better team won. But I'll tell you guys one what if. If Jordan Jefferson was your QB, TCU rolls y'all that game. Would have been 3 and out all night if for not Met's accurate passes on 3rd And long. Good game and Good luck.

I think you have some valid point there

but Fumbling a handoff and having a player swat the ball out of the returners hands are totally different

Ok, then Pachall lobbed an easy pick to your safety, if you look at the replay the TCU receiver was wise open in the middle of the field "could have" been a 65 yard TD pass to take the lead and give us more yards. See how the what if works? You guys are better and may make it all the way to the NCG. Just stop with the 56 to 10 talk. Who's to say if Carter doesn't fumble the first kick we don't drive the Field and take a 7-3 lead? Give our D a rest or if Catalon only returns the kick to the 38 and we drive the field and kick a 10 yard field goal eating up clock. This could go on forever....y'all are better, best team we will play all year. But don't be surprised to see us win the Big 12. I still think we r good enough.

What about our receiver getting molested in the end zone by your db? Should of been a touchdown. 2 really.

You would get rolled with us having Jordan Jefferson. Jefferson is not as bad as you think or some think on here. Horrible games his last two, but more of a combo of the terrible play callin and his nervous bad play. Jefferson can and has played better. He has wheels that Mett doesn't have and can use them.

Alright, shut it down, guys. This guy used to play football and he said LSU dominated TCU. Therefore, LSU dominated TCU. Move along. Nothing to see here.

I agree with literally all of this.

ETA: Minus the Jefferson part. I don't think there's any scenario where y'all "roll" LSU. Our defense is too stout, our O-line too big. We'd have found a way to win or would have lost really really close.

He makes it sound as if Jordan jefferson isn't capable of leading LSU on scoring drives and that is just plain wrong. Kid played like crap those last two games against Georgia and Alabama. And I really hated to see him close his LSU career out like that. But the play callin was horrible for those games, also. How many times though despite his Jekyll and Hyde play at LSU have you seen Jefferson create big plays either running the ball or occassionally catching people off guard with deep throws for touchdowns. He's not the incapable misfit some people make him out to be.

OK, but let's take an average Jefferson performance throughout his career, and plug it in place of Mett's performance on Saturday. We probably have a significantly different ball game, one in which we could definitely lose. I think it's more of a tribute to Mett's great performance than it is a dig on Jefferson.

That said, I can think of like maybe 3 games in Jefferson's whole career where he actually played well the whole game. I know the playcalling was shite, but damn he was really indecisive and made a lot of really stupid decisions when he wasn't indecisive.

Yeah, Mett played great no doubt. I take nothing away from him. I'm just talkin about what this guy said about Jefferson. He has been up and down his whole career as I said. But LSU is not a sure victory for anyone with him or Jarrett Lee at the controls. Alabama with their best team ever won 21-0. Yet, LSU was in the game all the way to the end with that terrible QB play and had a chance to come back if they could muster some damn offense. The point I'm makin is Jefferson despite his insignificant play is capable of blowin a team out as well as losing a game to them. Miami got blowed out and thought they could win. Ga Tech the same and cried foul when LSU ran it up.

So, you just can't say we at TCU can beat y'all with Jefferson at QB because that ain't true. Even with average QB play LSU is a dangerous team because of D, special teams and all.
