That argument that sent me off today is that you think the backups aren't excited to play and do well in rent a win games. You think that a true freshman running back would find no joy in scoring their first career td late in the game against a cupcake.
I can understand both sides of the taking a knee debate. I feel that they should have ran another play or two, but I didn't go home mad about it.

Wow what wasted emotion!! Les is going to go into a victory formation every time when the circumstances are similar. Like it or not just deal with it.

There's different levels of "debate".
On the taking a knee issue, I would have let the backups run the ball in the endzone, but when Les took a knee, it didn't ruin my evening. I was in the stadium, I heard the boos, and I laughed. I didn't join in.
Now, when Lnchbox stated that the kids, especially a true freshman with very few career touches, wouldn't have enjoyed scoring a td late in the game against a cupcake, I argued that point pretty ferociously. That may be the dumbest thing posted on this site this week.
