Exactly, so lets just email Joe Pa and tell him we surrender. Tell ND they can have our bid.

Stats vs. schedule, I think the match-up looks pretty even.

It's a good matchup. I have tickets to the game and will be flying down from MN to see it.

I believe that the Tigers will beat the lions by at least a touchdown. I sure hope they don't disappoint me and all Tiger Fans.

I think the key to this game is get it to the skill position players for lsu. Penn State hasn't faced receivers or athletes like Lsu has.

Yep. I like LSU's chances much more if they attack the edges of PSU's defense and try to get the playmakers out in a bit of space.

SEC>>>>>> Big Ten no debate
and this was a really bad year for the big ten. Penn lost to the only two almost decent teams in the conference.

I think they only beat like two total teams with winning records.

I love statistics...
you can make them tell whatever you want.

Penn St is a good team, not a great team.
LSU is a good team, not a great team.

it should be a good game..
now the problem with statistics is that
..for example, teams are ranked in POINTS SCORED, but those points are not adjusted to reflect the level of opposition.
..so NUMBERS alone, do not tell the story.

I think LSU has a slight edge due to speed and special teams, but WE BETTER firm up the FRONT in the DL, because they will run straight at us.

I think most people felt that way in 2006 as well and we beat up on Tennessee in the Outback Bowl. I think at the top of the conference there is no doubt SEC >>>>> Big 10 but I think in the middle of the pack where both teams are it evens out a bit more.

Either way it'll be a fun game.

LSU is a much better team than they appear. They are so good that would beat ala. today as long as Jordan Jefferson plays the whole game, LSU has no No. 2 QB. With the return of one of the injured running backs, Scott for the Bowl game I believe LSU will win, payback for the 1970s loss to Penn. State. New Orleans, try winning without Drew Brees and ala. try winning without McElroy and Ingram which LSU had to do without Jefferson and Scott playing ala. in the 2nd half.
