Question. Why does Jarrett Lee...

Why does Lee always move his head back and forth after each play. And Also grab his shoulder pads between the chest and pull it like it's to tight. I don't really know how to describe what I continuosly see, but I always noticed him pulling a his shoulder pads and today I saw him rocking his head constantly after plays.
Is there a medical condition he has ?
Or is he just a Spaz ?

I was wondering the same thing. Its got to be a nervous tick or something.

he's always tugged on his should pads at the chest. probably just one of those habits he started in jr. high.

i dont know if this is why but my helment always hurt my neck in the spring because it wasnt used to carrying the extra weight.

its just habit.
why does drew brees lick his fingers before every play??
as for grabbing his pads thing, i did the same thing when i played football in playground and high school. For me it was b/c it felt more comfotbale and it became habitual

It's probably just like the nervous tick Aaron Brooks had about smiling after throwing an INT or the ball backwards.

The neck thing I dont know looked like he was trying to work something out. As far as grabbing the pads when you throw your pads adjust so he's just getting them back to being comfortable all QB's do it if you look close enough.

I've wondered this too. He looks like the uniform or pads are uncomfortable. Maybe he has Tourettes. I would have the guy see a sports psychologist/chiatrist. He may benefit from some anti-anxiety meds too.
