i actually dont think lee is a bad option

we are going to have serious issues running the ball all year, and lee is a better thrower of the football than jefferson, and all indications are that he improved a great deal in the offseason

the only problem is, i dont think les can put lee in without jefferson getting hurt. i dont think the players or the fans would support it at all

Pardon me, offensive packages. Same concept Billy-Sue and Doug Mallory ran last year on defense. No continuity and restrictive to tempo.

same shite last year too. and what exactly has les down to make you think the same shite wont go down this year? seriously, anything, something?

i seem to remember the firing of some coaches or something like that, and maybe hiring a few new ones who actually know what the frick they are doing.

striving for perfection isnt a flaw, its actually not fricking possible. 18-20 year old kids are going to make mistakes, sorry.

you throw out the peach bowl like we have already accepted the bid. all im saying is why dont you just wait to see what actually happens this season before you start nibbling on your soiled pampers...

If you think Crowton is in total control of the play calling, you are fooling yourself. Leslie is calling most of the shots. the media in baton rouge are unanimous on that fact and i am not talking about Richard condon either.

If you can keep the same personnel on the field, tempo increases, and offensive flow opens up the defense. Plus, Mr. Jefferson can't go long, just ask Weezie.

Gotta go, fellas, crying baby. Keep bitchin'.

Crowton is in control until Miles gets fed up. He's not fed up yet because they're still winning. When Miles really gets fed up, you'll see a change, but that will take a bad loss.

baby still crying, gotta go.

I don't think you're understanding the argument here. Being 4-0 and ranked 4th in the nation is the same place we were last year. It's not bashing or being negative to be concerned that we're looking at having the same season we had last year.

I'm sure you are happy with the way the team played, but many of us don't see any difference between the two teams and want more.

It's one thing to criticize the coaches.

I'm a little surprised no one else called you out on this.

Totally inappropriate.

Jefferson's a damn sight better than Lee. Stats support this.

The receivers on the team are talking about his poise and his ability to check down to guys beside the primary receiver. He has one turnover this year.

Making such an outlandish statement as this:

quote:

Jefferson is garbage

hurts this board and does nothing to enhance your credibility.

I see LM stuck in this mode of trying NOT to lose a game...instead of trying TO win the game...and the idea of style points has gone right out the window.....we look tentative and unsure and that flaw starts at the top...I have always believed in get your opponent down...put your foot on his neck and crush repeatedly...if he twitches..kick him again...we dont seem to have that killer instinct anymore and as one poster put it, this is not a fun team to watch on the field. I alos agree that we are as loaded as Bama and dont look anywhere near as solid as they do!!

i dont think you understand what im trying to say... frick last year, this is a different team with a different staff. not that hard to pick up on. whats so hard about waiting till the end of the season to make judgements? im not saying people cant critisize and and analyze the efforts but to be calling for miles head is just retarded.

and no im not entirely happy with the way the team has played, but im happy with the results and as long as we keep it up ill be perfectly fine. too bad for some people winning isnt enough
