Depending on the seats, yes. There are some columns behind some of the seats.

No designed standing room. I sit four rows from the top of 408. I know people who sit on the last row. No one ever stands behind them.

I wouldn't advise it. Hell, the steps to get up there are bad enough. It's like rock climbing without the safety gear.
