For those who went last time, what is the best site to reserve a parking/tailgate spot? Also, what lot is most ideal for setting up a tailgate?

I've heard that certain parking lots wouldn't let you in early and others would. Not really concerned with walking to the stadium if the parking lot isn't close either. Just want a nice place to set up our tailgate.

Any suggestions? TIA

We got there at noon for the Oregon game and parking was a non issue. I think it was $20 and was less than a 5 minute walk to the stadium parking lot area to tailgate. There was plenty of spots to set up but I would get there early am if you were setting up a tailgate. There was plenty of electric outlets to go around for everyone setting up tents.

Call Tim Weaver to reserve parking at Ci Ci's Pizza. Great place to tailgate close to the stadium.

Ok thanks.

Are there other businesses/restaurants around the stadium? I figured it was just a bunch of huge parking lots.

We had a lower level touchdown suite (behind the endzones) and it came with 3 parking passes in one of the lots adjacent to the stadium. I do know they let us in at 11 am. I think you could buy just the passes.

ETA: Now that I remember a little more, the stadium lots didnt open until 8 hours before kickoff.

We got out there about 10 AM and setup a tailgate on the main road in front of the stadium. (Randol Mill Road). We were in a cash lot NE of the stadium.

Check to see what the LSU Dallas Alumni are planning this year.
They organized big Tailgate Party at J Gilligan's for the Oregon game, and there was a shuttle over to the stadium from J Gilligan's.

We got there at noon when the parking lots opened. We read that you are only allowed to tailgate on the grass so we quickly found a spot.

That being said, we saw a lot of people tailgating on the parking lot itself. I don't remember seeing people being told to move or anything. Didn't seem like it was really enforced, at least where we were.
