all serious

im serious that i might throw up on myself if I have to hear anyone say this is JJ's team one more fricking time.

I have never seen a player that is so mediocre get portrayed (by not near as many now ) to be so head and shoulders above his fellow competiors.
The dislike for JL these "fans" have... has clouded their judgement/ability to debate this topic in a logical way... its to the point past pathetic.

in JJ's first start ever, he put up 30 points against an SEC team

the 2008 line was good.

really good.

would have beaten bama that year too if it weren't for 4 picks.

2008:
Jefferson 3 sacks/game (9 total, 3 starts)
Lee 0.75 sack/game (8 total, 11 starts)

2009:
Jefferson 3 sacks/game (34 total, 12 starts)
Lee 1 sack/game (1 total, 1 start)

Lee: 309 attempts, 9 total sacks. Sacked 2.9% per pass attempt.

Jefferson: 369 attempts, 43 total sacks. Sacked 11.7% per pass attempt.

What came first the chicken or the egg?

something tells me that you would only be happy if the starting qb was someone other than jefferson

Spring game gives the staff a benchmark. Pretty sure they know the QB situation needs a lot of work, particularly by Miles statements prior to the spring game.

They have time to work on it. I don't have a whole lot of confidence that the coaching staff can do it but its spring, and there is a lot of time left to work some things out.

If we have a typical LSU rushing attack we will be ok on offense for sure.

if LSU can rush for more than 1500 fricking yards, we'll be ok.

Maybe you missed the post where most of those run TDs came from inside the 5 yd line with JLee.

2008 rushing yards: 2168
2009 rushing yards: 1596

2008 YPC: 4.4
2009 YPC: 3.7

Ignoring these stats while trying to compare QBs is flat out stupid.

Teams stacked the box on Jordan said beat us by passing and he could not do it.

That is the only reason we could not run the ball.

You are either fooling yourself or just don't know what you are talking about.
