Proposed La. Const. Amendment: Use State Funds for Baseball players

I propose a La. Constitutional Amendment that would mandate use of State Medicaid, EBT and SNAP funds to pay MLB players with college eligibility remaining to enroll and play for LSU when said LSU fails in any season to make the playoffs.

I see a lot of whining and pissing-in-pants from Panican LSU Baseball fans, but, I'm the first LSU Baseball Fan to come up with a concrete idea to Make LSU Baseball Great Again.
