O is doiong very good. He's on pace to do greater things. He isn't going to elevate every single position in a year. Give him his deserved due time before shoving him off.
There is no question we have inferior talent in the trenches. The trench is focus #1 for a good team. We're simply not there yet. Our skills positions rival most anyone.

Why in the heck should we talk about loosing either of them? That’s just nuts! We made it to #3 in the country and can finish out ending at #5! This is just his second full year at HC and everyone thought that we would be lucky to make it just over .500! Coach O turned this team around. We have exceeded predictions from all the people “in the know”. Yes we could end with 2 loses but that’s a huge win. Good God people be somewhat logical in your thought process.
