I agree. I thinks Patterson is the best defender of our guards but Gray is much better this year and like on offense, he is more likely to make the big play like steal.
I think Patterson shoots better and is more steady overall. Grey can get to the goal when he wants when he's on. Both have played well lately.

The guy is a shitty poster who shits on the team. We have only ever had a player with the flu one time. It was a terrible joke if it was even meant to be one.

How? He was taking a shot because the perception around here is Ben played bad (even though ESPN almost gave him player of the week in college basketball), then after the game rumors were circulating he was sick all week...because Ben said so.

Outside of Simmons, Patterson might be the most basketball savvy player on the team and he seems to have a penchant for making big shots in big spots. There were several times last season the momentum seemed to be changing in a game only to have Patterson knock down a big 3 to keep LSU ahead or stop an opponents run. He did it again against Ark. Saturday night.
Sometimes you forget it at the end of the games, but he always seems to be involved in a play when LSU really has to have it. Huge 3's against Ark. last season; Big rebound and put-back vs. UK this season, etc. Of all the guys Jones has recruited, he might be the biggest steal of all.
