For the 46th time, I don’t hate O and want nothing more than for him to succeed. I have issues with the guy as do a lot of people. Canada was poison. Not only could coach O not stand Canada, but the entire coaching staff hated Canada guts with a passion. If O wouldn't have fired him, he would have had a mutiny on his hands.

Anyway, Aranda says that Ensminger is a lot better play caller than Canada is and he should know because he schemed against both of their offenses for the past two seasons. Thus, if Aranda says it, then that's good enough for me.

Anyway, the reason we improved against Alabama last year is that we stopped running Les Miles' old antiquated offense. Thus, since they didn't know the plays we were going to run before the ball was snapped like they always did before when we ran Les Miles' old antiquated offense, we outgained them and if we would have made just three more timely plays we would have won that game.

Of course, you didn't but it doesn't mean it is O's fault. He didn't create that problem. He inherited that problem from his predecessor and you can't blame coach O for something he didn't create. Hence, the reason we lost the Moo State and Troy State games last season was because of Les Miles.

Agree as well.

My issue is usually with the people that speak in absolutes on both sides. The ones that are hypocrites that say the other side is opinion and their side is fact when truth is we don't know what will happen.

The track record is not good. The coaching hires last year leave something to be desired, but that doesn't necessarily mean that these guys won't work out this year. Nothing anyone says now will have any affect on what happens in August.

IF IF IF...... AU MADE those plays... LSU did NOT... Sure,,,,, WE showed up ... but the game was not really in question...

So, doesn't O deserve the blame for hiring a guy he didn't get properly. Canada's offense isn't even the offense O was looking for and that's straight out of his own mouth.

I actually agree with all of this except that we WOULD have won that game, but the game plan gave LSU every opportunity to win. Complete a few of those deep passes and they COULD have won.
