Does college test for that EPO shite that Lance Armstrong and Landis ALLEGEDLY used? just sayin.......

Need to get that picture to PP7 some kind of way, I think he would be amused by it no doubt.

I'm doing a report on Maliginant Hyperthermia for anesthesia and alot of studies involve the tetany and cramping seen with this allergic reaction to inhalation agents.
Did you sleep at a Holiday Inn last night?

boxers use it (i.e. Shane Mosley), they just dont get caught as much as cyclists.

Grant Fleming had this issue throughout highschool but it also went away after the first few games. Louisiana heat just tends to cause a lot of cramping and i think when the football weather returns the problem will decrease. He does not need to have more body fat.. that will only slow him down because the only way to achieve this is to replace muscle with fat. Not worth it. His muscles will eventually get used to returning punts and playing defense. Its just a very very strenous thing to return a punt. Its basically a 100 yard dash in pads while avoiding players, breaking tackles. Its all out sprint for a much longer period of time where on most plays its only a few shorts bursts of speed with breaks in between each play.

Also, he said is has been a problem since 4th grade!!
FYI, normal 4th graders do NOT cramp. It is something genetic also going on here and has been going on for years.

That pic would be better if you threw in a Heisman Trophy on a gold chain around his neck.

He needs to build up the magnesium levels in his system.
Magnesium - relaxes
Calcium - contracts
Potassium - regulates
All players should have their mineral levels checked regularly. Proper mineral levels are the key to good health.
One form of a heart attack is a contracted heart muscle. Go to the emergency room and you get a magnesium iv at great expense!

he's not 5% bf, but i'd bet he's around 8-9% which is pretty damn great, and definitely low enough to cramp up after strenuous physical activity in the heat

quote:EPO is for better endurance PERIOD. youre increasing the hemadocrit (% of rbc in the blood). more rbc = more oxygen to muscles. those living at high altitudes naturally have higher hemadocrit cause the body adapts and adjusts to the lower oxygen in the air.

not that it has anything at all to do with cramping...

So what do you do about the game against Bama? Last year, PP was out and they hit Julio for a TD. He's the only guy we've got who can match Jones and keep him in check.
